Wednesday 4th - Friday 6th September
It's our first week back and we're on a roll! We spent time getting to know our class and have started our new topic 'The Romans are Coming!'
To start our topic we looked at different roman soldiers and made mini soldiers using paint and tin foil. We also worked as a team and created a large roman soldier for our classroom door. We learnt some roman numerals in maths and had a go at writing our date of birth. We also learnt about mosaics in art with Mrs Walker and had fun learning new Latin phrases with Mrs Price.
We have also enjoyed starting our new class book called 'Planet Omar!'
We've had a fabulous first week!
